OpEX BUILDER TOUR was created to help all builders run better NOW. The desired result of OpEX is to bring awareness of best practices, thought leaders and innovative ideas to the local housing markets. The goal is to to help all attendees take their operating company to the next level of Operational Excellence.

A fast paced, fun day filled with speakers, round tables and action items to move forward in the next 12 months. We need to collaborate and work together so that our industry can produce the needed homes in an efficient and profitable way.

All topics of general management will be addressed from market comps, design, production, delivery and warranty. This a unique and uncommon event, we will be traveling to many markets and most likely this will be our only stop in your city in the next 36 months.
